Job Description:
Contribute to organization’s success through:
•Steering and maintaining the course of company in relation to the overall strategy, the long-term goals and the culture, identity and values of company
•Giving direction to the set-up and development of projects
•Reviewing the annual/quarterly work plans, budget plans and detailed implementation plans in coordination with the Manager/Director of organization.
•Improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organization’s mission.
•Maintaining a professional culture and positive working atmosphere focused on teamwork and shared responsibilities.
•Visit and investigate all sites as instructed by MD/GM and otherwise stated.
•Help in implementing proper work structure for staff on site and overall
*Would be required to liaise with clients were necessary
Preferred skills:
Performance Management,Coordination, Supervisory, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Quality Management,
Strong confidence level, Excellent communication skills (Oral and written), Good Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
Qualification and Experiences
-Must have a Bachelor degree
-A postgraduate degree will be an advantage
-A professional experience with 3years in positions involving the management of an important team.
Remuneration
Salary: NGN35,000 - N40,000
