B-READY Teen Staff Application 2023-2024
This school year we are hiring for in-person youth work jobs for teens between the ages of 14 and 18 years old. All programs give teens and their families access to St. Stephen's Youth Programs resources and holistic support. The Counselor-in-Training job (10th-12th grade) and JCIT (9th grade) internship require 10 hours of in-person time with Elementary and Middle School students, serving as tutors, mentors, and role models for younger students. In addition, teens receive ongoing job training, professional development, and supervision. Hiring timeline: Please complete this application by Friday, August 26th.FINAL DEADLINE: September 1st. We will have a MANDATORY Hiring Info Session on September 6th. Work will begin September 12th.
