CONGRATULATIONS!!  The time has come for your graduation from Menlo College!

The Commencement Information form is used by various departments in preparation for the ceremony for Winter 2024 and Spring 2025 graduates from Menlo College. We use this information when creating the Commencement program, we use addresses provided to mail diplomas, etc. Please note, by filling out this form, you acknowledge that you are authorizing Menlo College to share your information (such as contact information, etc.) to vendors used for the ceremony and diploma, and to state your name, hometown, and eligible honors on the commencement program or diploma.
