The Annual Week of Giving is BACK! We are a collection of event industry associations ready to give back to our communities. This week reminds us to give to those less fortunate, especially in our own backyards. Whether we look to our favorite causes or charities, it’s a great reminder to lift others up during a time of need.

We'll share more detailed information as we finalize volunteer and donation opportunities. There are many ways to engage in order to accommodate people's schedules and levels of comfort.

Tuesday, March 25th - San Francisco - 11:00am - 1:00pm
Wednesday, March 26th - Monterey Beach Cleanup - 10:00am - 1:00pm
Thursday, March 27 - Santa Rosa - 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Thursday, March 27th- Concord- 1:00pm-3:00pm
Friday, March 28 - Alameda- 12:30 - 3:00 PM
TIME COMMITMENTS & REQUIREMENTS
- Opportunities may be anywhere between 1-3 hours.
- In person opportunities may require a background check.
- You can also donate money if you are unavailable to participate in person.
- Projects are open to all association members, friends and family of members and the greater event industry community!

We will provide information via email as well as social media. Once booking opportunities open, we will follow up with links to secure your spot or donation.
