Heritage Days Booth Preliminary Request
Thank you for your interest in being a part of Nibley City Heritage Days! This is the largest single event of the year and we are excited to explore the opportunity to partner with you for our city celebration. 10x10 both spaces are available for our family festivities event the afternoon of June 23rd if you would like to be considered for an available both space please submit your request for an application.
Variety without duplication, and interactive booth spaces that embrace the culture of Heritage days and our community are our objective. Although we cannot accept all vendors based on this criteria and the limited space available we would love to consider what you would offer our community. Please fill out this Booth Request form that will be reviewed every Friday until June 1st. When and if your request is approved we will send you a both application form to complete for final approval.
Organization or Business Name
Are you a FOOD VENDOR with a business licence and food handlers permit?
If you are a FOOD Vendor describe the food you would offer
Are you a 501c3 non-profit organization?
Describe the interactive nature of the activities that will take place at your booth.
