Department of NanoEngineering Student Group Funding Request Form
Requests are due 20 calendar days before the event or request date.

The NanoEngineering Department will support university registered NENG or CENG program student groups:

$600 total in support of two or more faculty/student mixers (no more than $300 per mixer)
Mixer is defined as an activity where the main goal of the event is to increase and encourage student interaction with faculty. Faculty must be invited to the event to be considered as a mixer and be eligible for funding. Graduate/senior send off can be included as one of the mixer events if faculty are invited. Funding will not be approved for industry events.

$200 total in support of a program or activity.
Program or activity must be a student run program/activity where it promotes the program and organization, such as outreach or competition. Funding is not to be used for travel expenses.

Funding cannot be redirected and does not carry over to the next year. Funding approval is up to the discretion and approval of the NanoEngineering department.
