Please fill out a separate form for each child if you are registering more than one. 

You must be a registered AAK student to participate in the before and after school program!

While we are still working on a lot of the program details, I intend to post a calendar of events and any updates to the AAK website and will be sending out a Newsletter.  Be sure to check there for the most up to date information about activities.

Please send your child with a water bottle marked with their name.

If you do not know your schedule for the entire school year please fill out the form as much as you know, and there will be an opportunity to make adjustments or additions as needed.

CLC registration for breaks will be separate.  This is for before and after school programming only!
