We are looking for grow our coaching staff in a number of programs that we offer. 

Paid Staff Coach Benefits​

Our staff coaches are part-time contractors of Boston/Omaha Street FC. We hold high expectations of our coaches, and in return offer a number of benefits that can't be beat. If coaching is your passion and you have a love of the game then continue below to see what we can offer you.

Staff Coach Commitment​

  • The position is part time, 4 - 6 hours per week for youth and 6 - 8 hours per week for UPSL
  • Must be available 2-3 evenings per week (after 5:00pm) on Mon-Fri evenings, with availability on weekends for games & travel
  • Spring season runs April- July. Fall runs August - November. This is a 8 month position.
  • Must be able to travel to Boston, MA or Omaha, NE for training sessions
  • Must be willing to travel with team to competitions. 
  • Must be willing to complete 11v11 online Grassroots coaching course if not already held (will be paid for by club)​

Desired Experience/Qualities

  • Experience working with teenagers/adults of varied ages in a sporting, teaching or community environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with parent group and administrators on team schedule and team organization
  • Enthusiastic personality with ability to create a positive and fun environment for the players
  • Prior soccer coaching or playing experience preferred
  • Willingness to learn and attend coach education sessions as needed
