Welcome to the 2019 Links Recognition Nomination Process!

This online form can be used  to apply for the Links college scholarship.

Those using the application for the college scholarship should use this form to submit information, then await confirmation of receipt from a Links scholarship committee member.

Submissions must be made no later than March 1, 2019 by 11:59 PM.  Please note that all information submitted is confidential, and will only be seen by authorized Links and MMSD personnel.  Questions on the form or the process?  Email madisonlinksinc@gmail.com.
