- UNLOADING & SETUP - Unloading items and setting up your booth can be done the day before on Friday, November 14, from 3pm to 5pm, and on the event day at 8am. If you decide to leave your items in the hall overnight, please be aware that you do so at your own risk. Sellers are responsible for removing all items brought to Nikkei Centre.
- PARKING - Drop-off and unloading from our underground parking is permitted on Friday, and using a loading zone close to Suzuya is permitted on Saturday. Still, underground parking is not available for vendors during the event days. Do not use or park at the Nikkei Home driveway for loading and unloading at any time.
- EVENT TIME - Event starts at 10am but the door to Hayashi Hall opens at 9:30am exclusively to NNMCC members.
To ensure the event remains lively, we kindly request not to takedown before the event ends at 5pm each day. Early clean-up without the event organizer's approval will impact your future application.
