Stonewall Center Peer Mentee Application

The Stonewall Center's Peer Mentor Program aims to improve the overall experiences and increase the retention of LGBTQIA (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual) students at UMass Amherst. The program pairs an incoming LGBTQIA student with an older LGBTQIA student, based upon an application process that identifies the needs and desires of both the mentor and the mentee. Through the program, incoming students will become better acquainted with the LGBTQIA communities on campus and learn to socially and academically navigate UMass, while getting a chance to develop a lasting friendship.

If you are in incoming LGBTQIA student who is interested in being a mentee, please fill out the following application so that we can pair you with a compatible peer mentor.

Please contact the Stonewall Center at (413) 545-4824 or stonewall@stuaf.umass.edu with any questions, comments, or concerns.
