 PLEASE FOLLOW THE LATE CHANGE OF MODULE PROCEDURE  using the R37 Change of Module form which can be downloaded from the following Registry webpage - http://www.dcu.ie/registry/application_forms.shtml

You cannot use the online system or the attached form during this time and you are liable for a payment of €60.

Please complete the R37  form, have it signed by the Chairperson of the Programme Board (or Senior Faculty Administrator) and submit to the Registry Office with your €60 fee payment.
