MUST READ BEFORE YOUR CLASSES START!

In your summer course you can play your missed trainings, but only MAXIMUM 3 trainings!
If you are a new member and started your course later - you will have less missed trainings (our secretary will inform how many you will have).
If you missed more than 3 trainings - we can't offer refund or extra trainings!
If we cancelled the training - we provide extra training!

1. MISSED TRAININGS - WHAT IS IT?

Training which you cancelled earlier than 24h BEFORE start - is MISSED training and can be played with other group, other day. But we can't guarantee that there will be available spots due to group occupancy.

1.2 Cancellation 24 hours before the start and later (for group training) - is LATE CANCELLATION and this training CAN'T be played other day. If you didn't come - same LATE CANCELLATION.

1.3 The academy's administration is not responsible for late cancellations from player side.

2. The academy's administration is not responsible for any personal reasons/circumstances that may prevent a client to cancel the course.

The following cancellation policy applies to this offer:

In case of cancellation until:

Tuesday, March 31, 12:00 PM → 95% refund
(payment transaction fees will be retained)

For cancellations received after Tuesday, April 7, 2026, 12:00 PM, no refund will be granted. We reserve the right to claim the full booking amount.


Cancellation of the Summer Course

Free cancellation of the summer course is possible no later than one week before the first training session (until March 31, 2026, 12:00 PM).

If the course is cancelled in April, the course fee will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 50% of the original course price.

If the course is cancelled in May or June - no refund is available in this case.
