5-8th Grade BMS Field Trip

On Wednesday, September 11, Arete BMS 8th Graders are invited to attend a ropes course, team building, and activity day at Camp Del Oro in Nevada City, CA.  The entry fee is paid by a grant we received. Parents need to drive their own children to the field trip and/or we are looking for some parent drivers who could take a few students. The event runs from 10-3 and is about a 20 mile and 29 minutes drive from Arete. Students should bring their own bag lunches. You can meet us at Camp Del Oro at 9:45 or meet at Arete at 9am to Carpool. You will need to pick up your child from Camp Del Oro at 3pm or Arete at 3:30. I understand that this is an Arete school function and that my child's responsible behavior is required in order to participate. All Arete rules apply. Students who are disruptive and do not follow the rules will be sent home and may have possible additional consequences. Students who do not have a signed permission slip will work at Arete. This form must be completed online or printed and completed. No other permission slip will work. This field trip is FREE to all BMS students through a Wellness Grant we received. We will NEED several parents to complete the Parent Driver Pack and drive on this field trip as the grant does not cover transportation.
