Class Submission Form - Brandon Learning Co-op - Fall 2018
This form will be used to list classes on the registration page for the co-op on our registration page.  In order to ensure consistent class listings, please complete the following form.  After the class submission period is over we will be in touch with everyone to have a meeting with all the teachers to work out scheduling details, room assignments, etc.

*Fall classes will take place in two different locations: Gardenville Civic Center (in Gibsonton, FL), and Brandon Community Center at Sadie Park (Brandon, FL). These are the dates:

- Brandon location: Tuesdays, September 11th, 2018 - November 6th, 2018 (Presentation Day will be 11/6)
- Gardenville location: Thursdays, September 13th, 2018 - November 8th, 2018 (Presentation Day will be on 11/8)

* Teacher contact information is for the organizers only and will not be shared.  Once the class is accepted, you will decide what information you will share with the students and how best they are to contact you.

* Location - please indicate the location you will be teaching class - Brandon or Gardenville (Gibsonton).

* Supply/material fee - This fee is an optional fee that will be charged by the teacher and paid by the students to the teacher directly.  If you charge a fee, we will collect these moneys on your behalf on the first day of class.  We will not charge for it on the registration page - it will be listed for informational purposes only.

*Background check - Since we are using Hillsborough county Parks and Rec facility, they require background checks on those serving as primary instructors.  If your class is accepted by the co-op you will be required to complete an application and submit a copy of your driver's license to The Alliance for the Pursuit of Knowledge to complete the check.  The Alliance covers the charge for the background check.
