Show & Tell talks are personal stories focused on how someone went about a self-tracking project or self-experiment and what they've learned.

Breakout sessions are an hour long and are a time to discuss topics that are of interest to the QS community in a group setting. These sessions usually start with a 10-minute primer on the subject by the facilitator, and then go right into discussion.

Do you have some practical knowledge about self-tracking that you would like to teach as a How-To Workshop? Describe it here.
How-To's are one-hour sessions where you can come and learn from a knowledgeable peer about some aspect of a Quantified Self practice. It could be understanding what a biometric really tells you, or ways to use tracking to better understand something, or a demonstration of a technique you can use to get more out of your data.

Office Hours are during the lunch hour where you will be assigned a table and have a great opportunity to meet other attendees and show them what you’re up to.
