PixelPop Festival 2016 Demo Application
Submit your proposal application for a demo table at PixelPop Festival 2016, on October 8 & 9, 2016.

Video games, experimental games, game-likes, interactive experiences, tabletop games, board games, and card games are all encouraged to submit.

Demo applications will be open through August 31, 2016.  Demo space is free for members of the St. Louis Game Developer Co-op, and $20 for non-members. Membership to the St. Louis Game Developer Co-op is available at http://stlgamedev.com/join and will be confirmed prior to approval.

Pixelpop Festival uses a curated application process in choosing our exhibitors for the year, rather than accepting on a first come-first serve basis. We wish to offer our attendees a high-quality variety of unique game experiences, and give a diverse array of local developers an opportunity to demo.  Games should at least be in a polished, demo-ready state at minimum.  A complete game is not required.

Submitting this application does not guarantee you a space at the event. Approved demos will receive the full exhibitor contract agreement for review no later than the week of August 29th. Only after the agreement has been signed and returned will your demo space be confirmed and guaranteed.
