In accordance with our child protection policy, we will not permit photographs, video or other images of young people to be taken without consent. If the child is under 18, consent must be obtained from a parent/guardian.

MSDC Dance will take all steps to ensure that all images and videography taken are used solely for the purposes for which they are intended. The sole purpose of the images/videography would be used for marketing such as: printed publications, MSDC Dance's website and/or social media platforms.

Other purposes would include: training or analysis purposes in the event of rehearsals for an upcoming performance, whereby the images/video footage would not be shared via a public platform and kept solely for MSDC Dance viewing.
