Perkins Data Collection Form (2025-26 stats)
As a requirement for funding, the Minnesota West Carl Perkins Consortium must collect and submit data to the Minnesota Department of Education. Much of the data is now collected electronically using school districts’ Minnesota Automated Reporting Student System (MARSS) software, but some additional information aids us when developing our consortium plan.  Please provide the following information:
