Im Herbst startet die von der Europäischen Union im Programm Erasmus + geförderte Wanderausstellung „Waste Less, Taste More – für einen nachhaltigen Umgang mit Lebensmitteln“. Die Ausstellung wird an verschiedenen Orten in Belgien, Luxemburg und Deutschland gezeigt.

In diesem Rahmen organisieren die Projektpartner eine Reihe an Online-Schulungen. 

Ziel dieser Online-Schulungen ist es, interessierten Teilnehmenden einen ersten Einblick in die Ausstellung zu geben und sie zu befähigen, diese eventuell auch in der eigenen Stadt, Gemeinde, Dorf, Organisation usw. zu präsentieren. Jede Partnerorganisation gibt einen fachlichen Input zur Betreuung der Ausstellung. Die Präsentation der Ausstellung findet zu Beginn jeder Schulung statt, sodass ein späterer Einstieg für den fachlichen Teil ebenfalls möglich ist. 

Ablauf der Online-Schulungen:

• 30 Minuten: Vorstellung der Ausstellung sowie des interaktiven Online-Quiz, Schulung von Multiplikator*innen zur Betreuung der Wanderausstellung

• 20 Minuten: Fachlicher Input der jeweiligen Partnerorganisation

• IDELUX Environnement: Strategien für nachhaltige Abfallreduzierung

• foodsharing: Lebensmittelretten, Bildung und politische Arbeit

• Microtarians: Fermentation als Strategie gegen Lebensmittelverschwendung

• 10 Minuten: Fragerunde: Offene Fragen zur Ausstellung und zum Projekt

This fall, the traveling exhibition “Waste Less, Taste More – Towards a sustainable approach to food” will be launched, funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ program. The exhibition will be shown at several locations across Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany.

As part of this initiative, the project partners are organizing a series of online trainings. The aim of these trainings is to give interested participants a first insight into the exhibition and to enable them to potentially present it in their own city, municipality, village, or organization. Each partner organization will provide a subject-specific input to support the facilitation of the exhibition. The exhibition will always be presented at the beginning of each session, so participants may also join later for the thematic input. 

Structure of the online trainings

• 30 minutes: Introduction to the exhibition and the interactive online quiz, training of multipliers for facilitating the traveling exhibition, as well as guidance on supplementary workshops and activities.
  

• 20 minutes: Thematic input provided by the respective partner organization
     - IDELUX Environnement: Strategies for sustainable waste reduction
     - foodsharing: Food saving, education and political work
     - Microtarians: Fermentation as a strategy against food waste
  

• 10 minutes: Open Q&A session on the exhibition and the project

Cet automne, l’exposition itinérante « Waste Less, Taste More – Pour une gestion durable des aliments » sera lancée, financée par l’Union européenne dans le cadre du programme Erasmus+. L’exposition sera présentée dans plusieurs endroits en Belgique, au Luxembourg et en Allemagne.

Dans ce cadre, les organisations partenaires proposent une série de formations en ligne. L’objectif de ces formations est d’offrir aux participant·e·s intéressé·e·s un premier aperçu de l’exposition et de leur permettre de la présenter éventuellement dans leur propre ville, commune, village ou organisation. Chaque organisation partenaire apportera un éclairage thématique spécifique afin de faciliter l’accompagnement de l’exposition. L’exposition est toujours présentée au début de chaque session, de sorte qu’il est également possible de rejoindre plus tard pour la partie thématique. 

Déroulement des formations en ligne

• 30 minutes : Présentation de l’exposition et du quiz interactif en ligne, formation des multiplicateur·rice·s pour l’animation de l’exposition itinérante, ainsi que conseils sur les ateliers et activités complémentaires
  

• 20 minutes : Intervention thématique de l’organisation partenaire concernée
     IDELUX Environnement : Stratégies de réduction durable des déchets
     foodsharing : Récupération alimentaire, formation et travail politique
     Microtarians : La fermentation comme stratégie contre le gaspillage alimentaire
  

• 10 minutes : Questions-réponses ouvertes sur l’exposition et le proje
