Calling all Wayland residents!
You’re invited to design Wayland’s Semiquincentennial (America 250, 1776-2026) logo to celebrate this milestone in American history. As the country marks America 250 (https://america250.org/) and Massachusetts (https://massachusetts250.org) is “celebrating our independence and innovations from the past 250 years;“ Wayland is looking forward to celebrating too. To kick-off celebrations, the Wayland Rev250 Committee is launching a logo contest and we hope you will submit your ideas!
Requirements:
Theme: Your logo submission should celebrate America’s 250th anniversary
Eligibility: Open to all ages of Wayland residents
Deadline: April 25, 2025
Design Requirements:
Must include "Wayland" and either "250" or "Rev250"
Should be scalable for digital and print use
Email your logo file (PNG or JPG) to: Waylandrev250@gmail.com
Color must be CMYK, although the logo may also be reproduced in black and white. Contestants are advised to avoid gradients and half-tones.
All entrants affirm their submissions are their own original work, have not been copied from others or from previous designs, including their own, and do not violate the intellectual property rights of any other person or entity.
All designs become the property of the Wayland Rev250 Committee.
