Submissions received by 5 PM ON MONDAYS will run that week. Announcements sent after that time will run the following week.

The Communications and Office Manager will strive to include all announcements and all necessary information as members request; however, some edits may be required to improve clarity or to shorten announcements in order to accommodate the full slate of events and announcements in a given week.
