PWM Reserve a Zoo Haul - 2024/25 Academic School Year
Please fill out and submit this Google Form if you are looking to reserve a Zoo Haul Animal Ambassador Presentation for your group from the students of the Petaluma Wildlife Museum during the 2024/25 Academic School Year. If you haven't yet, PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL OF THE INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE PERTAINING TO BOOKING A ZOO HAUL.


After you have read through the link above, please proceed to fill out the rest of this form. Your information will be sent to our Instructor, Mr. Philip Tacata, and he will respond to you (via email) confirming a Zoo Haul booking for your group as well as send you an invoice for the reservation (please allow up to a week for a response).

Reminder: our available Zoo Haul reservations are dependent on the availability of our Adult Supervisors. We will do our best to grant you one of your three selected Zoo Haul dates... Thank you for your patience and flexibility!
