Time Zone Basis: All trading activity is recorded in UTC+2.

Eligibility: Only users who complete KYC verification are eligible for any rewards.

Campaign Hours: Only trades made between 00:00 – 06:00 UTC are counted.

Reward Frequency: Flash and leaderboard rewards are calculated weekly and distributed within 7 business days after each week ends.

Fair Play: One user per prize category per week. No bot or multi-account trading allowed.

Fraud & Abuse: Any fraudulent activity (wash trading, volume manipulation, etc.) will lead to disqualification and account suspension.

Changes & Termination: Darkex reserves the right to pause, modify, or cancel the campaign in the event of technical, regulatory, or security issues.

Local Compliance: Participants are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations related to cryptocurrency trading.
