Application for subscription busing for the 2024-2025 school year. Complete one application per child. The email address you provide is how your application status will be communicated to you.

Subscription Busing is for students who wish to receive transportation that do not qualify for state mandated transportation.  This means that the student you are placing the application for has a closest walking distance from home to school of attendance under 2.0 miles (grades K-8), or under 2.5 miles (grades 9-12).

**If your student attends Milton Avenue School, the only transportation option available is for qualifying special education students.

Once you have completed this application, per your submission request, the transportation fee will be placed in Genesis within 72 hours and is due by Friday, August 2nd to have your applicant placed on a route for the start of the school year.

If you are placing the application past the June 30th deadline, your application will be held until Monday, September 9th for review.  Payments are due before a student is confirmed to use their assigned bus route.

The amounts for round trip or one way transportation for the 2024-2025 school year are listed below:

Round Trip: $800
One-Way (AM or PM): $400

**Cancellation requests can be made via email (sbeyer@chatham-nj.org) and a prorated refund amount excluding the number of school days the student has been assigned (if they use it or not) will be provided.
