2018-19 AHS/SILSA PTO Mini-Grant Application

The annual AHS/SILSA PTO Stay at Home Fundraiser is underway! As in past years, a committee of PTO and faculty representatives award mini-grants to AHS and SILSA teachers with the proceeds of this fundraiser. Grants up to $500 for individual teachers will be awarded with additional funding available for department-wide or multi-disciplinary requests.

There will be one round of grant applications this year, and we request that teachers or staff submit only a single request (we don't want to have to choose which you love more, we want you to choose).

Please complete and submit this form by December 7th to apply. Please provide as much information and detail as possible. We're excited to have a positive impact in your classroom.

Grants fund requests that have a direct impact on students' classroom experience (Professional development is a great goal, but not the target for these grants). Awarded funds must be spent by the end October, 2019. We appreciate all the teachers do to enhance the experience of our students. These grants help to offset the cost and support the great work you do.

We will ask for a brief report on funded activities and outcomes. Our school communities want to hear the great things that are happening, and reports help the PTO to plan for next year's fundraising for more grants. Thank you!
