Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Earth Fest, brought to you by Bailey Park NDC and Sustainable Community Farms! Please fill out the form below to register!

We’re seeking tabling guests, activity hosts, and vendors whose work aligns with natural, sustainable, conservation, healthy, green, or environmentally conscious products and services. We welcome creativity and would love for you to:

Host an informational table
Lead a hands-on demonstration
Facilitate an earth-friendly craft or activity
Offer sustainable or health-focused products or resources
Show off a sustainable project you've been working on in the community

If you are a health/wellness vendor, you must be able to demonstrate how your demonstration/tabling relates to the health of Earth/our environment. For example, if you are interested in giving the community resources about asthma, we would love for you to be able to relate that to pollution and air quality. If you want to give information about diabetes, you should be able to relate that to healthy produce, etc. to ensure we are informing community members about how the health of our planet/natural resources directly impact our health and wellbeing.

We also ask that vendors try to be as low-waste as possible. We will be recycling plastic if it is used, and we'll try our best to use compostable/reclaimed/reused materials where applicable, and we hope you will, too!

There is no vendor fee for this event! This is a great free opportunity to share your organization's initiatives with the community and engage with Detroit residents! We encourage you to join us if your organization or business revolves around green/sustainable/health initiatives. Our goal is to connect Detroiters with many different green resources and equip them with the information they need to live a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.

If your organization needs to rent a table and chairs from Bailey Park NDC, the fee will be $10. We can accept cash or check the day of the event, and we accept Cash App: $BaileyParkNDC

Event Time: Sunday, May 3, 2026, 1pm-5pm, vendors may set up as early as 11:30am!
