We are a non-profit organisation that are looking to break down barriers in the creative industry by empowering underrepresented talent and creating bold, inclusive, person-centred work.

We are currently looking to develop projects that challenge/tackle present problems in the creative sector that stifle talent, progression and fair opportunities, Therefore, we’re asking experienced individuals to give feedback via an online survey so that we can apply for future funded programs.

Each survey response or social media follow will help us to highlight the need for this work to potential funders and the community that exists.

(Please note question 1, in terms of accessibility we mean have you attained paid work often, not whether a workplace is accommodating)
