時間：8:30am / 1:00pm
歡迎親子同行 參加年齡6歲或以上兒童參加 傲洋游泳會學員優先報名及可享$50學費扣減。名額有限，額滿即止。

交通安排:
可選擇乘搭小巴或自行駕車(建議乘坐小巴)
於西貢市中心乘搭7號小巴，至海下村村口落步行1分鐘即可到達好景士多。
星期日及公眾假期約20分鐘一班
服務時間：由西貢開出上午7時55分至下午6時25分；由海下開出，上午8時25分至下午6時55分(車費$13.1）
駕車到海下灣需要禁區通行證，家長可以選擇在西貢碼頭泊車，再乘搭小巴 (＄155日泊)

集合地點:
海下灣好景士多
落小巴後入村步行1分鐘即可到達

課堂流程
上午班：
8:30am  集合
8:45am  教具及活動介紹及準備
9:00am  浮潛體驗課程
10:00am 生態導賞
10:30am 直立板體驗課程
12:15pm 完成(參加者可自行留下繼續自由活動)

下午班：
1:00pm  集合
1:15pm  教具及活動介紹及準備
1:30pm  浮潛體驗課程
2:30am  生態導賞
3:00am  直立板體驗課程
4:45pm  完成(參加者可自行留下繼續活動)

全程必須按教練指示穿著救生衣，如學員不諳泳術，需多加注意及建議家長一同參與。

自行準備:
1. 泳裝及防曬衣
2. 水、少量乾糧、雜項
3. 毛巾及乾衣物
4. 潛水面鏡、吸管、蛙鞋 (教練可供借用，$80/set，需提供碼數，教練可供借用)

教練準備：

4. 相機 (替學員拍照)

Hoi Ha Wan, Sai Kung

Upright Boarding + Snorkelling Experience Course
Inclusive of board rental and life jacket fee
Parents are welcome to join
Certificate issued by the HKUA

Fee: $798 Same price for all sizes

(Fee includes rental of the upright board and certificate fee)
Comes with a certificate from the HKUA
Additional step course with internationally recognised certificate)

Date: 14 July / 21  July (Sunday)
Time: 8:30am / 1:00pm
Parents and children welcome Children aged 6 years old and above will be given priority in registration and will receive a $50 fee deduction. Limited seats available while stock lasts.

Transportation:
By minibus or by car (minibus recommended)
Take minibus no. 7 from Sai Kung town centre and walk for 1 minute to the entrance of Hoi Ha Village to reach Goodview Stall.
Departures are about 20 minutes on Sundays and public holidays.
Service hours: 7:55am to 6:25pm from Sai Kung; 8:25am to 6:55pm from Hoi Ha (fare $13.1)
A Closed Area Permit is required to drive to Hoi Ha Wan, parents may choose to park at Sai Kung Ferry Pier and take a minibus ($155 day park)

Meeting point:
Hoi Ha Wan Goodview Stall
After dropping off the minibus, it is a 1-minute walk to the village.

Class Flow
Morning Class.
8:30am Assembly
8:45am Introduction and preparation of teaching aids and activities
9:00am Snorkelling experience
10:00am Guided Ecological Tour
10:30am Upright Boarding Experience
12:15pm Finish (participants can stay on their own for further free time)

Afternoon Session.
1:00pm Assembly
1:15pm Introduction and preparation of teaching aids and activities
1:30pm Snorkelling Experience
2:30am Guided Ecological Tour
3:00am Upright Boarding Experience
4:45pm Finish (participants can stay for further activities)

-Please note
Life jackets must be worn as instructed by the instructor throughout the course, if participants do not know how to swim, extra care should be taken and parents are advised to join in.
-Participants must wear life jackets as instructed by the instructor.
Preparation

Prepare your own:
1. swimsuit and sun protection
2. water, small amount of dry food and miscellaneous items
3. towels and dry clothes
4. diving goggles, straws, flippers ($80/set for coach to borrow, size required, coach can borrow)

Instructor's preparation:
1. life jacket
2. upright board
3. teaching aids and notes
4. camera (to take photos of participants)
