We are delighted to welcome you to the Philippine Society of Nephrology 45h Annual Convention, happening from April 24 to 26, 2025. This year, we gather under the theme of advancing nephrology care through collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

To make your experience seamless, the PSN Housing Bureau is here to assist with your accommodation needs.

For Pharmaceutical-Sponsored Participants:  
The Pharmaceutical company will handle your hotel reservations.

For Self-Paying Participants:  
1.    Scan the QR code on the PSN housing poster to begin your reservation.  
2.    Browse the list of PSN-accredited hotels that are still available.
3.    Choose your preferred hotel.  
4.    Fill out the Google form to book your stay.  
5.    Wait for confirmation from the PSN Housing committee with your reservation details, hotel contact information, and payment instructions.  
6.    Contact the hotel to complete your payment.  

General Guidelines:
1.    All reservations must be made through the PSN Housing Committee.
2.    Accommodations at all PSN-accredited hotels are reserved for members in good standing.  
3.    Pharma sponsored members will be assigned to specific accredited hotels according to the sponsorship tier of the company.
4.    To ensure housing availability, members cannot have multiple sponsorships. The committee will review all rooming lists and reservations.
