With consideration of your acceptance of this registration, we (or I) hereby release the Sumner-Fredericksburg School and all the employees of the Cougar Volleyball Camp from all claims, on account, of any injuries which may be sustained by our (or my) child while attending the 2023 Cougar Volleyball Camp; and we (or I) agree to indemnify Sumner-Fredericksburg School and the Cougar Volleyball Camp and it's employees for any claim which may here after be presented by our (or my) child as a result of any such injuries. *
