Terms of Service

1. The Consignor acknowledges that Delancey Sports Inc. (the "Consignee") is in receipt of the item as outlined in this Consignment Agreement (the "Agreement").

2. The Consignee, at its own expense, agrees to keep, display, and attempt to sell the item on the Consignor's behalf.

3. The Consignee may, at its own discretion, return the item to the Consignor at any time. 

4. This Agreement may be terminated at any time and for any reason by the Consignee or the Consignor. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Consignor will reclaim the item within seven days from the Consignee located at 162 Highland Street, Haliburton, ON KOM 1S0.
