• Please provide your own tables, tent (10’x10’) & chairs.
• Tables must include an interactive or learning display.  
• We encourage you to drop off your supplies & materials the day before on Saturday, May 18 from 9 AM to 3 PM.
• A Day on the Farm is held at 2140 Chase Drive, Rancho Cordova, right next to Hagan Park.
Once your application has been approved you will receive additional details about parking, set up, breakdown, etc.

Liability Insurance Requirements
Please provide a Certificate of Insurance listing Soil Born Farm Urban Agriculture Project as an additional insured. The certificate must be received no later than May 8, 2019 via email (rle@soilborn.org), fax (916-363-9686) or mail to Soil Born Farms, P.O. Box 661175, Sacramento, CA 95866.

Liability insurance requirements: Every booth holder must maintain no less than the following insurance during the event:  Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage. $2,000,000 aggregate.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
