I am so excited to be hosting my second Autumn Retreat edition in the rolling coastal landscape of North Devon. This retreat will fall upon the midway point between Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice, what the Celts call Samhain (halloween).
To celebrate this notable turning of the year we will be gathering in with more sizzling saunas, immersive sound, lots of warming movement and moments to pause in nature.
I am SO SO excited that my old friend, Mark Goudswaard, will be joining the team this year. He is a qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher, studies Meditation and Qi Gong, and works the fret board on a guitar like no other 🤘
