Terms & Conditions
Commencement
- Members are encouraged to commence lessons on 1st week of the month.
- Pro-Rate is not applicable if members decide to commence after the 1st week of the month.
- Members who walk-in will be required to complete this form.
- Instructors will use your contact details to update you on any class matters.
- Any guests needs to be approved by management and accompanied by the signing member at all times.
- Approved guests will be required to complete this form.
- No Lessons on Official Public Holidays and Eves of Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year (unless otherwise stated).
- Termination of classes requires a one-month prior notice, which must be submitted via email to SportsC@sswimclub.org.sg.
Charges
- Members will be charged monthly via SSC membership account system as advised by the Class Instructors based on the attendance they have taken.
- No Pro-Rate for joining after the 1st week of the month.
- Charges for approved guests will be charged to accompanying SSC member's account.
- Pro-Rate of charges due to medical reasons must be supported by official medical certifications.
Charges will be pro-rated for cancellation of classes due to the following: -
- Venue is not available due to Club’s Official Events
- No substitution during the absence of instructor
- Medical reason with supported medical certification
- Eves of Christmas, New Year & Chinese New Year
