The Vendor/Exhibitor assumes all risk and hazard incidents to his/her own exhibit/venue, the vendor's and representatives, and other persons in his exhibit/vendor area.
It is understood that the exhibitor/vendor assumes no financial liability pertaining to the events success beyond the cost of his/her exhibit/vendor display area.
Exhibitors/Vendors are responsible for the safety and cleanliness of their contracted spaces.
Exhibitors/Vendors are required to supply their own tables, chairs, power cords, and trash containers.
Exhibitors/Vendors are asked to not tear down their exhibit until the end of the evening on Saturday Dec 6.
Exhibitor/Vendor set up begins Saturday (12/6) at 2 p.m.
Exhibitor/Vendor agrees to set up for the ENTIRE event.
Exhibitor/Vendor spaces indoor are limited to a 8x10 space. Tents must be 8x8 and nothing bigger.
MCoC is not responsible for food permits or sales taxes of products sold.
Maypearl sales tax rate is .0825%. If you don’t have the Texas Sales And
Use Tax Permit, contact Texas State Comptroller at 1 (800) 252-5555 or
apply online at
http://www.window.state.tx.us/taxpermit/. You will be required to have your sales tax permit. please email a copy of your Sales Tax Permit to info@maypearltx.com. There are some exemptions for vendors that qualify. Please see the attached link for occasional sales exemptions.

$5 from each vendor is required to be paid to the City of Maypearl which will be paid in one lump sum after all vendor fees are collected by The Maypearl Chamber of Commerce.

Due to the size of the event we might have duplicate vendors. We will try to make sure that these vendors are not placed next to one another.
The Chamber has the right to refuse acceptance of any Exhibitor/Vendor.
