Anxiety Toolbox Workshop
Anxiety is a normal part of life and at times can be helpful and productive! Yet, when anxiety becomes overwhelming, constant feelings of inadequacy or “survival mode” can prevent us from enjoying life or engaging in valued activities and accomplishing our goals.

This skills-based group is for students who desire to have better skills for managing anxiety. The group will increase understanding about the function and process of anxiety, provide alternate ways to cope with anxiety, and increase confidence and acceptance in your relationship with anxiety in order to improve your quality of life and way of relating to yourself.

This is a three-session workshop will be offered 3x throughout the semester. Please select the module of workshops you plan to attend below. (The first two session have passed, so those options have been removed from the selection.)

Sessions are Fridays from 12:15-1:15.
