Viva Kids Academy (VKA) - Childcare Waitlist Form
Please complete and submit the VKA Waitlist Form to add your child to the waitlist. We ask that you complete one inquiry form for each child that you want to enrol.

Please have one parent /guardian complete the waitlist online form.

To inquire about your status on the waitlist, or inform us of changes to your contact details, please email: waitlist@vivakids.ca. (We will book a tour of the centre once we have a spot that opens and you are next on the waitlist.)

** Please complete all information as accurately as possible. Your preferred start date helps us prioritize your request according to our Waitlist Policy when a space becomes available. Your child’s correct date of birth helps us determine the appropriate age-group program.

Note: We are participating in the 2026 CWELCC program. We do not participate in any other fee subsidy programs with the Toronto Children's Services.

Note: A child’s name will remain on the waitlist for eighteen (18) months from the date of submission OR six (6) months after the original requested start date, whichever occurs first. After this date, parents or guardians must email the centre to confirm they would like to stay on the waitlist, or it will be removed automatically. Waitlist Confirmation and Status

I understand that after I submit this form, a confirmation message will appear on the next page confirming that my child has been added to the waitlist.

To inquire about my child’s position on the waitlist, I may email waitlist@vivakids.ca. Viva Kids Academy will contact me when a suitable space becomes available and my child is next eligible according to the priorities outlined in the Waitlist Policy. The centre can provide my child’s current waitlist position but cannot move my child ahead of others or provide an exact date when a space will become available. Please read the Waitlist Policy.
