This application is for Dance Mentors (college age dancers and young professionals). In addition to this application, applicants must submit a $50 application fee. This fee is refunded if a student is not accepted, and for accepted students is applied to the student's tuition. If a student is accepted and decides not to attend, the deposit will not be refunded.
