IMPORTANT INFO‼️‼️ PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING‼️‼️ Filling out an application does not guarantee you a spot at our events. Each application will be reviewed and accepted on a case by case basis. **We follow a non-competitive approach and will not book multiple vendors that over-represent one product or service.** You must provide your own supplies (tent/canopy, tables, supplies, change, etc.) An email will be sent once a decision is made. Set up time for this Market will begin at 8:30am with 9:30am being the latest a Vendor can arrive. All Vendors MUST be finished setting up by 10:00am. Vendors are required to stay the entire duration of the Market, with pack-up beginning at 2:00pm, no earlier. *

We are a Family-Friendly Market.  To ensure a welcoming environment for all ages, vendors are required to sell only family-friendly merchandise. Products featuring profanity, explicit content, or offensive material will not be approved. *

The Vendor Fee is discounted for this Event and is just $25.00 (typically $40.00) for a 10x10 Tent Space. Spaces are not reserved until this fee has been paid. *
Hot Food Vendors will not be approved for this Market as there are Food Trucks on Property. Cottage Bakers are welcome and must follow Texas Cottage Food Laws. *
ALL SPACES ARE 10x10 Tent Spaces. Vendors are required to provide their own Tent, Tent Weights (40 pounds PER CANOPY LEG), Tables and all items to complete their booth set up. *
Black Fitted Table Cloths are required for ALL tables. Plastic table cloths will not be allowed. *
Electricity is NOT provided at this Location. Vendors are allowed to bring a Small, Quiet Generator. If complaints are made about your Generator being too loud you will be asked to shut it off. *
Vendors are responsible for ALL of their Products and Equipment. Oak on Main Property Owners and Event Coordinators are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. *
ROAMING SALES ARE NOT ALLOWED- Vendors must complete ALL Sales from their designated Booth Space Only. *
Please note, NO REFUNDS are given for this event. This Event will be Rain or Shine but if the Event is cancelled due to extreme weather a CREDIT toward a future Market day AT THIS LOCATION, will be given. In addition, if a cancellation notice is received from the Vendor within 48 hours of the scheduled Market time, a credit toward a future Market day will be given. Cancellations not given within 48 hours will not receive a credit.   *
