The DC Burlesque Alliance (DCBA) is a collective of burlesque producers, performers, and industry professionals dedicated to raising industry standards, advocating for fair pay, and creating sustainable opportunities in the DC burlesque scene.

✨ By joining DCBA, you’ll be part of a movement to:
✔ Set fair and ethical pay standards for performers and production teams
✔ Support producers with resources on budgeting, sponsorships, and audience growth
✔ Foster a strong burlesque community through networking, town halls, and advocacy
✔ Negotiate better deals with venues to ensure quality working conditions for all
