This is the Partner Client Registration form (also known as the "Partner Lead Generation form"), to be used by the Partner to notify Klarna of any clients for which the Partner is entitled to receive compensation. This form can only be used for Partner clients already live with Klarna.

If the Partner client is not yet live with Klarna, they shall be informed to sign up here. Once the client is live with Klarna, you need to submit this form in order to receive compensation.
