Our hope is that by publishing essays that call out these violations, we will all be better equipped to avoid sexual harassment in the future. And at the very least, we hope that those of us who have had the unfortunate experience of enduring sexual harassment (it’s a lot of us) will find some peace in knowing that they are not alone.
However, we also recognize that there are often power structures in place or other reasons that people cannot always go public with their stories. That is why we are offering the opportunity to submit your story anonymously.
If you are comfortable with the editors knowing your identity (and we will keep it completely confident) please submit to ladybitsladies@gmail.com if you would like us to help you craft your story. But if you need to be completely private, you may share your story via this form, and we will consider publishing it on your behalf.
No story or experience is too small--any form of sexual harassment deserves to be taken seriously. Situations you witnessed are also important, as are stories of when you may have been the offender.
Submissions may be lightly edited for grammar and clarity.
