Please complete application for consideration in the Honolulu Fire Department Explorer Program.  Answer questions truthfully and as completely as possible. Completed applications will be reviewed by HFD Explorer Advisors.

If selected, a staff member will contact you via email with more information and registration forms. Invited applicants are based on available spots in the program. Please review program brochure at link below for more information. By completing this application, the participant acknowledges program requirements.
