Dane Buy Local Car Show 2022
Join Dane Buy Local's Car Show on September 17, 2022 at McKee Farms Park, 2930 Chapel Valley Rd, Fitchburg. Show hours are 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Subject to change)

The Presenting Sponsor is Fitchburg Family Pharmacy. The Healthy Kids Sponsor is Group Health Cooperative (GHC). The Welcome Sponsor is Madison Essentials. Attendees will enjoy checking out both classic and unique vehicles. As well as other family friendly features including artists, craftspeople, and special interests booths. Special acknowledgement will be provided to our veterans.

Booth sizes are 10 x10 for exhibitors. Oversized booths available for all vehicles. Exhibitors to provide all display materials. Booths are not transferable.

           $50 - Single 10 x 10 Booth Space  (no jury fee)
           $75 - Double 20 x 10 Booth Space (no jury fee)
           $15 - Nonprofit 10 x 10 Booth Space
           $50 - Food Cart or 10% of sales - Food Carts (payment due at end of the event day)
           $50 - Business Booth Space for sales and/or promotion
           $50 - Arts & Craft Booth Space (no jury fee)

Frequently asked questions and answers:

1. Do I send my money at the time of application?
An electronic invoice will be sent, once your application is approved. Booths will not be held until payment is received or special arrangements are made with Dane Buy Local.

2. What is your cancellation policy.
Exhibitors will receive a full refund or credit to a future show if the event is canceled by Dane Buy Local. Once your application is approved and payment is receive, we do not offer a refund for cancellations made by the exhibitor.

3. Is there water and electricity for vendors?
There is no access to water. There is a limited amount electrical hookups.
