While we aim to create a safe and enjoyable environment, any injuries sustained during the meet-up are the responsibility of the individual or their parent/guardian.

We encourage everyone to act responsibly, supervise children closely, and be mindful of potential risks. In the event of an injury, please inform the group promptly so appropriate support can be offered.

The fire will be managed within a designated, controlled area and supervised by trained adults at all times. Clear guidance will be provided on how to engage safely with the activity.

Please note that children remain the responsibility of their parents, guardians, or carers throughout the activity. We ask you to supervise them closely and ensure they follow all safety instructions. Together, we can enjoy this activity responsibly and safely.
