COACH TAY PERFORMANCE PERSONAL TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. 1. When scheduling sessions, invoices must be paid directly through invoice link before first or next round of session(s). Failure to submit payment by 9pm on the due date will result in a $50 late fee, forfeiture of sessions and removal from schedule.

    2. Personal or semi-private training sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 6 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session.

    3. Failure to appear or cancellation outside of 6-hour window will result in forfeiture of session(s).

    4. Rescheduled sessions for Training Packages must be completed in 14 days of purchase date.

    5. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer. Clients 15 minutes late or more will result in a cancelled session and forfeiture of session.6. The expiration policy requires completion of all personal training sessions within 14 days from the date of the contract.Personal training sessions are void after this time.

    7. No personal or semi-private training refunds will be issuedMfor any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.
