Detroit Secrets of a Successful Organizer June Training
Labor Notes is hosting a “Secrets of a Successful Organizer” training on Saturday, June 24, from 10 a.m. to noon.

Choose one of two workshops:

1. Using Social Media to Organize, with Ashley Secord and Phil Bianco of UFCW Local 876. Learn how to cultivate and moderate an online space, and integrate social media into your campaign and as an everyday tool for union members.

2. Turning an Issue into a Campaign, based on the popular book "Secrets of a Successful Organizer." Everybody has complaints, but an organizer has the skills to turn problems into opportunities.
