Release Day
Hello Families,

Please complete the following form if your child will be in need of all day care on Monday December 22, Tuesday December 23, Monday December, 29 and/or Tuesday December 30.   Extended Day will be open from 8am - 5:00 pm.  Please have your child bring a lunch and any appropriate outside gear needed for the day.  The fee is $40 per child per day.  Fees will be added to your TADS account and will be due by January 25th.  Remember, once you enroll your child for a release day, you are responsible for paying whether or not your child attends.  The deadline to sign up is Wednesday, December 17th.
