You'll receive an email confirmation of this registration.

Your family will be registered to receive the STANDARD Holiday Gift Package.

You agree to pick up your STANDARD Holiday Gift Package during the hours and terms set forth herein. All Holiday Package items will be available for pickup at the Holiday Nutcracker event on 12/13, between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., or at LOV's office between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on 12/16, 12/17 and 12/18/2015. No exceptions. LOV's address is 8440 Central Ave., Suites A/B, Newark, CA 94560.

SPECIAL SPONSORED ADOPTIONS:

Beginning November 1st, 2015 through December 4th, LOV will hold Weekly Drawings for Special Sponsored Adoption opportunities. We will draw 5 or more names each week, and attempt to provide sponsors for each winning family. There are no guaranteed results for this process. All outcomes are subject to the individual sponsors and all items, gifts, etc., are given at the sole discretion of said sponsor.

Family Adoption Drawing Winners will be contacted between December 1st and December 10th, to set up an appointment to receive their Holiday package and their special adoption gifts. Adopted families are also invited to attend the Family Holiday Nutcracker Party on 12/13.
